They must also be a, non Apple, laptop owner frustrated with the issue of tangled charging cords. Additionally, we would like to target a major laptop producing company, such as Dell, to adopt our product and either include it with their laptops or sell it as an accessory.

Summary
Looking at the list of criteria, we felt we had a pretty solid set already. So we didn't use any additional criteria. We ranked our specifications by thinking about the things most important to us. Our number one priority was not getting sued, so naturally, we chose safety and legal issues as the most important spec. On the same track, our second most important spec was the global environment. We don't want to pollute the Earth any more than we already are and we also don't want anyone dying from chewing on our product. Our third most important spec was customer needs, because obviously, we want to make something that people will want because it's what they need. Our fourth most important spec was performance. In order for people to give good reviews on our product it must perform well and do what we promised. Finally, our fifth most important spec was target cost. At the end of the day we want to make something that is profitable. So our expenses must be low so our price can be reasonable so people will buy our product and then we can get rich.
